開票必須要稅控盤嗎?

M級企業(yè)可以申請退還增量留抵嗎?
根據(jù)《財政部稅務(wù)總局海關(guān)總署關(guān)于深化增值稅改革有關(guān)政策的公告》(財政部稅務(wù)總局海關(guān)總署公告2019年第39號)第八條第一款規(guī)定,申請退還增量留抵稅額的條件之一是納稅信用等級為A級或者B級。因此企業(yè)納稅信用等級為M級不符合申請退還增量留抵稅額的條件,無法申請退還增量留抵。
收到退還的稅額的賬務(wù)處理
如果在滿足增量留抵退還的條件下,賬務(wù)處理上可以參考財稅[2011]107號、財稅[2014]17號、財稅[2016]141號相關(guān)規(guī)定,在收到退稅款項的當(dāng)月,將退稅額從增值稅進項稅額中轉(zhuǎn)出,即借記銀行存款,貸記應(yīng)交稅費—應(yīng)交增值稅(進項稅額轉(zhuǎn)出)。

一、HKICPA考幾門
香港CPA考試分為3個level,共15門科目。M1-M10:基礎(chǔ)會計,管理會計,經(jīng)濟學(xué),管理學(xué),信息系統(tǒng),財務(wù)會計,財務(wù)管理,審計原理,稅務(wù)原理,經(jīng)濟法。M11-M14:高級會計,戰(zhàn)略財管,高級審計,高級稅法。最后一門是:Capstone大綜合。
二、HKICPA考試科目
香港CPA考試共有3個level:
1.A level(Associate基礎(chǔ)階段)共10門:基礎(chǔ)會計,管理會計,經(jīng)濟學(xué),管理學(xué),信息系統(tǒng),財務(wù)會計,財務(wù)管理,審計原理,稅務(wù)原理,經(jīng)濟法(M1-M10),每門考試時間3小時。大部分財會專業(yè)的同學(xué)都可以免考,可以看具體豁免政策。
2.P level(Professional專業(yè)階段)共4門:高級會計,戰(zhàn)略財管,高級審計,高級稅法(M11-M14),每門考試時間3小時
備注:就算你的A level沒有豁免完,也可以先考P,只要在綜合考試capstone之前,能夠把A和P全部弄完就行
3.Capstone(大綜合):涵蓋之前所有的知識點,考試時間4小時,但是知識覆蓋面廣而不深,難度不高,通過率甚至高于P level的單獨考試
Work shop(小組會議):除了考試之外,professional階段還會有workshop(小組會議),包括一個introductory workshop(1天),四個P level考試的workshop(4天),一個capstone workshop(3天)。與考試不同,workshop更像是學(xué)術(shù)交流會。只要按時參與并且積極發(fā)言,都會通過,Workshop里面每個人都會有作為小組speaker的機會,只要把作業(yè)完成了同時去了不是摸魚太過分的就能過,回答錯了也能過,就是張嘴就能過,主要是態(tài)度要積極。
